The usual cause of these strange noises is a damaged engine mount. The engine generates enormous power and has to be securely connected to the frame to prevent it from moving and damaging itself. The engine's sensitive components must also be protected against vibrations caused by driving. Two rubber, liquid-filled engine mounts lock the engine in place. Their liquid fillings absorb vibrations and keep the engine steady. In time, the rubber can crack, and the liquid will leak. Essential donations included blankets, cozy socks, puzzle books, and soothing lotions and body sprays for men and women. These thoughtful gifts made the season brighter for seniors, reminding them they are cherished members of our community. Bringing Smiles to Children Through Toy Donations Our Christmas Toy Drive was a tremendous success, thanks to the overwhelming support from our staff and customers. Together, we collected nearly $1,000 worth of toys to benefit Family Pride of Northeast Ohio, WomenSafe, INC, and the Middlefield Grinch Toy Drive. These toys, ranging from stuffed animals to board games, provided joy for children in need, ensuring they had a holiday season filled with excitement and happiness. Supporting Veterans with a Successful Food Drive To honor and support local veterans, we organized a Food Drive for the Geauga County Veterans Food Bank. We proudly gathered over 300 cans of food to help stock their pantry for the holidays.
