I was there from 11a-2p, which was perfectly fine. I was sitting there and whoever the young lady was that day at the receptionist desk, she was on her phone swearing and arguing with whom I guessing a boyfriend or husband. It lasted quite some time and I didn���t appreciate it. The other customers waiting in the waiting room heard it too because we would just shake our head... it was very unprofessional to be having those kind of conversations in front of customers. The waiting room isn���t huge, we can hear everything going on. Please remind workers to leave their personal issues at the door.
