I had been shopping for my Traverse for a few weeks and went to various dealerships. One pulled the classic tactic of letting me sit there and then coming back with an offer scribbled on a piece of paper followed by "what can we do to put you in this SUV today" as I was walking out the door. The other, although much better in their service and responsiveness, were unwilling to make a deal; spending $48,000 on a car is not like buying a stick of gum at the convenience store - a fair value must be reached. JJ. Moore and Bill Preston were a perfect fit. Not only were they responsive to my needs and provided excellent service, but we were came to a value that we both agreed upon - quickly. I walked in at 1:15 pm and walked out at 3:30 pm; just over 2 hours to buy a car - this is the way it should be done. As an aside, real creamer would have been nice at the coffee station and an option of bottled water/soda would have been good as well - not a big expense, but a nice touch. Overall, great experience - if the Chevy turns out to be what it appears to be, I will be back at Preston's in the future. Thanks again!
