I had questions about charging my 2017 Chevy Bolt being slower than advertised/expected. Ian Allyn did a great job of documenting my concerns and getting help from the Preston staff and GM. I was also given a loaner for the evening and the Bolt was being charged when I picked it up. Service was great. Suggestion - make the charger at Preston available 24/7. I frequently drive to Lansing MI and there are dealers along the way in Sylvania and Hasslett where I can charge any time. It is wonderful that Preston is supporting the disruption from fossil fuels to electric. We have to do everything we can to mitigate and reverse climate change.
