Dylan was wonderful in communicating what was wrong with my vehicle, what needed to be prioritized to be done, understanding that I knew enough to get myself in trouble but not fully understand what was wrong, and took his time in explaining the parts. I didn't feel like I was treated differently for being female or for not having better knowledge of cars. This dealership in general is patient, kind, and they are NOT pushy. They don't rush you into decisions whether it is from the service team or the sales team. Wonderful humans! You should all be proud of the work you do, because its awesome.
